Development of the Comment Review System

The comment review system provides a series of tools for the editors. For example, all parsed comments are shown as blue (unclassified) or shades of bright yellow to dark brown depending on their status -- open, pending, resolved. Visually, this allows the editor to quickly scan a page or a group of comments for those that are still open. Comments which failed to be classified (e.g., lack of ``Comment'' or ``Objection'' label in original mailnote) are rendered in blue, thereby effecting a stark contrast with the classified comments. In addition, three new systems were put in place --- an intradocument navigational tool called a mural, a comment review form, and a comment report system. Each of these is described briefly below.
