Welcome to my home page. I am a PhD candidate in the Information Science & Technology Program , School of Information Sciences, University of Pittsburgh. My advisor is Dr. Douglas Metzler.

I obtained my master degree majoring in software theory from Tianjin University, China, in Feburary 2003 and came to Pittsburgh in August, 2003. I expect to graduate in 2008.

Computer Skills

    Extensive experience in Python, Java, C/C++ and Perl programming.
    Familiar with Clips, Lisp, C#, Fortran, Pascal, HTML, XML, ASP and SQL.
    Working knowledge of Linux, Unix and Windows.
