I joined the faculty of Information Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh in Fall 2010.  Prior I received my Phd degree from the Computer Science department at the University of California at Riverside, under the supervision of Prof. Srikanth V. Krishnamurthy.

My research interests are focused on wireless networking, and in particular:

  1. *PHY/MAC layer security

  2. *Trust models for wireless networks

  3. *Experimental characterization of wireless technologies and protocols

I am also extremely interested into moving into the following research areas:

  1. *Social networks

  2. *Smartphone-based mobile communications

  3. *Cloud computing / Data centers
