I am a graduate student in the Information Science and Technology Program at the School of Information Science with the University of Pittsburgh. My concentration is with database and web systems. I work for IBM and love the work I do. I'm a Premium Support Manager for the IBM Lotus brand.
My research interests are in social software/networking and collaboration. I consulted for Field Support Services as the collaboration specialist.
