Students may find that internships offer opportunities to gain
practical experience, to acclimate to the corporate or industry
worlds, and to build connections for future career searches. MSIS
students can take IS 2980: Practicum, which can be taken
after 18 credits of coursework have been completed. In
addition, students will need the permission of their advisor
to register for this course.
Because this University is in a major urban center, there are
internship opportunities with major corporations available to
