Telecommunications Demand Aggregation has been proposed as an alternative to direct government spending to attract advanced high speed telecommunications services to communities that are underserved. The first Telecommunications Demand Aggregation Working Group Meeting will be used to determine the feasibility of demand aggregation, explore methods of demand aggregation and develop an manual to assist community leaders to aggregate demand. |
