Pull down the Information main menu and click User Activity which will open the User Activity dialog window. In the User Activity dialog window select either a group or a user from the group and user windows. When you select a group the users within that group are highlighted in the user list window. Now, click Plot to view the user activity which will be displayed as a bar graph in the time graph area which is the window with vertical time lines. To view other groups or users select the groups or users you wish to view and click Plot.

The default range of days to view is "everyday" beginning with the current day and going back 31 days. But you may change the range of days viewed by selecting a day from the Show pull down menu. The date in the text box labeled "Display 31 days before" can be changed by entering a new date in the form DD MMM YYYY where DD is the two digit day, MMM is the three letter month, and YYYY is the four digit year. The Zoom pull down menu allows you to zoom the bar graph to 1x, 2x, or 4x with the default being 2x. The bar graph start time and end time can be adjusted with the start view and end view sliders, the default view time range is 7am - 9pm.

The Add button is used to add a group or user to the current bar graph. To use Add, select a group or user and click the Add button which will place the user activity of the selected user(s) on top of the currently displayed user activity.

The Clear Selected button removes a bar graph that you have clicked from the graph area.
The Clear All button removes all bar graphs from the graph area.
You may close the User Activity window by clicking the Close button.
