Name: SAFEMITS - 2008

Description: The Safemits Network defines a platform for wireless nodes to be autonomous and provide capability to these nodes to organize themselves in an overall community of network devices to perform coordinated activities. Self Designed algorithms were designed to implement various services offered by each node. Services such as sharing of printers, sharing of other peripheral devices, file sharing and chatting were implemented. These services were implemented over ad-hoc network with no access points leading to the development of distributed systems. The security aspects at various layers were carefully analyzed and effort was made to make the system secure and reliable.

Name: Linux Shell - 2007

Description: Designed a unix shell based on the Bash shell which would accept, interpret and execute a command. After completion of the execution, it waits for the user to enter the next command. The shell program resided on the main shell which used the typical parent-child process model.
