The deadline for registration can be seen in the important date web page and the fees table below. Registrations apply to all 3 co-located conferences IEEE CIC 2022, IEEE TPS 2022, IEEE CogMI 2022. Authors must choose correct conference when registering. Attendees can choose any and are welcome to attend co-located conferences.

IMPORTANT:

• Paper Registration: At least one author per accepted paper/poster MUST register as Author on or before the deadline. Student rate is not available for Author Registration; i.e., student co-authors cannot register for a paper at the Student rate (please note that Paper Registration is important to cover the publication and other costs).

  Papers of authors who fail to attend and present their papers will immediately be removed from further consideration for inclusion in the proceedings and the planned journal special issues.

• Each Paper Registration includes the submission of up to ten (10) pages for full paper (Regular, Application and Invited papers), and up to 4 pages for Posters. You may purchase up to two (2) additional pages for a paper at a cost of US$100 per page.

• Multiple Papers: All papers must be individually registered.

• Each registration includes access to all three conferences.

Transfer Policy: Transfer of registration to another person must be received by December 1, 2022 (for free); after December 1, 2022 there will be a fee of $50 for transfers.
