Once a reservation is made and confirmed, payment for flights will be submitted directly by i3.

From the Airport to the University of Pittsburgh

i3 Scholars are encouraged to take the 28X bus line. The ride to campus takes 45-60 minutes. A map and schedule of the 28X bus line is available here: 28X Map and Schedule.

For more information about the 28X, visit the Port Authority website.

SuperShuttle, Uber, and taxis are also available from Pittsburgh International Airport.

If you take a bus or train to Pittsburgh, you will need to make your own arrangements. You will be reimbursed for your travel expenses. Please present your travel receipts to the i3 Director upon arrival. MegaBus now serves Pittsburgh, as does Greyhound and Amtrak.
