Travel funds for faculty and student travel

All requests for School support for faculty travel should be submitted to Martin Weiss. The allocation of travel funds to RIGs and to Program Chairs last year clearly was confusing and inefficient. This year’s travel budget will be centrally managed by Martin.

RIGs may request additional travel funds in a proposal to the Dean. The School has not received its budget guidelines for this academic year yet, so I do not know how much we will have to allocate to RIG activities.

Requests for student travel should continue to be submitted to Theresa Benedek.
