Privacy Reminder – No SSNs allowed

Faculty and staff are reminded that University policy prohibits the use of Social Security Numbers for identification. In addition, no collections of human subject data are permitted on laptop computers without CSSD review, including the installation of software that enables remote deletion of files in the event the machine is stolen.
