Perspectives on the Avian Flu Pandemic
and Public Health Preparedness
Dr. Stebbins will provide
background and key facts that everyone should know
about avian influenza. He will assess the potential spread
and effects of the avian influenza on human and veterinary
populations. He will also discuss the Center for Public
Health Preparedness' work in helping the region, state
and nation prepare for the looming likelihood of an
avian influenza invasion of the United States. |
