The SIS Alumni Society is to be commended on an outstanding job of organizing and coordinating all the activities that took place for the 30 LIS students who attended and participated in the April 2, 2005 LIS Professional Day I on “Interviewing, Job seeking, and resume writing”. Current students were at SIS from 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. to learn more about these skills. On April 9 students who registered online for the “mock interview” will be given an opportunity to rehearse skills necessary to land that great job! Photographs of the April 2nd event are available…

Thank you to the individuals in the SIS Alumni Society, Beta Phi Mu (sponsoring the refreshments), Career Services, and Andy Falk who worked very hard on coordinating this event.

An event is being planned in the Fall Term to provide a similar event for IST students.
