VISC and Homeland Security

The Visual Information Systems Center (VISC) has been selected by the Provost's office to be a representative for Pitt in the Keystone Alliance for Homeland Security (KAHS). VISC recently demonstrated some of its projects at the inaugural KAHS conference in State College. VISC projects were featured in an article in the Penn State press. VISC has also been selected by the Provost's office to be a participant in Pitt's Center for National Preparedness (CNP). Ken Sochats has been selected to chair one of the three CNP working groups.
