The
Ulab is using its expertise in creating virtual environments
to develop simulations of the National Institute of Standards
and Technology (NIST) Test Facility for Autonomous Mobile
Robots in Urban Search and Rescue. These simulations
help us to quickly develop and assess control strategies
for Teleoperated Robots. One of these simulations was
recently featured at the Robocup American Open held at
Carnegie Mellon University May 2-4, 2003. Read more about
