Participants will need to make their own travel arrangements (hotel and airline reservations).  Each participant will pay his or her own hotel bill. 

For those participants whose travel will be reimbursed through grant funds, you will need to submit your expenses following the workshop to Carolyn Loether at the University of Pittsburgh.  Note that the information on travel reimbursements applies ONLY to those participants whom have approval for reimbursement.  If you have any questions about your reimbursement status, please contact Carolyn Loether before making your travel arrangements.
