The premier Waterfront Suites are spacious and luxurious. Located in cottage style buildings, they consist of a bedroom with king size bed and a large living room with fireplace, sofa and large screen television. The spacious bath has both oversized tub and separate shower. French doors lead out to a large, private, elevated deck overlooking Pleasant Bay. The Fabulous views are among the best on Cape Cod, making this the most sought after accommodation.

Deluxe Waterview

The Deluxe Waterview Rooms are located in cottage style buildings near the pool and beach. Each cottage consists of two connecting guestrooms featuring two double beds or king size bed. Connecting doors may be utilized by guests who reserve two rooms. Decks overlooking Pleasant Bay and Round Cove make these rooms some of The most popular.

Cape Waterview

The very spacious Waterview Rooms are located in cottage style building, many of which consist of up to four individual connecting guestrooms. Each guestroom offers two double beds, sitting area with sofa and coffee table, and deck overlooking Pleasant Bay and round Cave. A limited number of Waterview Rooms with king size beds are located on the second floor of the A-frame chalet buildings and feature lofted ceilings and decks overlooking the bay and cove.

Countryside

The very spacious Countryside Rooms are located in cottage style buildings and offer two double beds, sitting area with sofa and coffee table, and deck overlooking the gardens and woodlands. Some rooms have fireplaces. Each Countryside Room connects to both a Waterview Room and to another Countryside Room.

Deluxe Cape Villa

The Cape Villa Rooms are located in villa style buildings that overlook the resort's grounds, woodlands and tennis courts. Guestrooms are available with a king size bed, two double size beds, or a queen size bed with additional sleep sofa. Each room also has a sitting area with two large armchairs and a private deck or patio; second floor rooms feature cathedral ceilings.

Rose Cottage

A rose arbor pathway leads to the quaint Rose Cottage, set on a grassy knoll near the registration building. Ideal for friends and families, the cottage offers two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the second with two twin size beds and pull out sofa bed. The living room has an additional pull out sofa bed; the kitchenette has an attached deck for dining or lounging.
