"It's beginning to look
a lot like X-Mas ?"

Such un-seasonal thoughts are not unfamiliar to a number of the MLIS students who were enrolled in Liz Shaw's six-week XML class. We've been thinking a lot about XML, XSLT, and Xpath...so it really isn't too surprising that the occasional Christmas jingle pops up unannounced.

Despite our altered temporal senses, it's summer that has been flying by! In just six weeks, many of us will complete our degrees and move on to new adventures. But wait -- what about all those things you wanted to do in Pittsburgh? In this issue of Bibliofile we highlight some local attractions and opportunities for bargain-hunters. And for those stormy days when getting out of the apartment just isn't appealing, but you sure don't want to do any more reading of a required nature, In the Stacks might be just the thing...

So grab a cup of coffee...or a cold soda...and take a few moments to relax. It really is summer!
