I.S. Library Display Cases

During the month of March 2004, the display cases will feature materials from the Elizabeth Nesbitt Room's "Nineteenth Century Juvenile Magazine Collection." The display will highlight the design, illustrations, and intellectual content of these magazines. Comparisons will be made between these nineteenth century magazines and current children's periodicals such as "Cricket," "Spider," and "Highlights for Children." Further information about this collection is available at http://www.library.pitt.edu/libraries/is/enroom/juvenile/journal_index.html.
