1. Never go to one of her parties, someone almost always dies.
2. Longer hair = higher ratings.
3. No matter how much you mess up in college, they always have to let you back in.
4. If you break up with someone, even if for twenty minutes, the other person will sleep around and someone will get pregnant.
5. You actually can be hit by a bus.
6. Students and unemployed people have the best apartments in NYC.
7. Parents really complicate your life.
8. Dean & Deluca seem to have a lot of employee relation problems.
9. You can be an art major and pre-med major simultaneously.
10. The right guy is always the one
that you are not with at the time.
